Meet our team

Meet our friendly and dedicated team of dentists, hygienists and oral health therapists at d-spa in South Yarra.

Dr Robert Cox, Principal Dentist

Dr Cox has been the principal dentist at our South Yarra clinic since 2012. Graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2005, he served 5 years in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), working as a dentist in various city and country locations throughout Victoria, while also working in the private sector.

Dr Cox was motivated to enter the dental profession after witnessing first-hand the positive impact dentistry could have on people’s lives. He favours a gentle approach that keeps patients informed throughout their treatment, with an enjoyable patient experience being his top priority. He takes great pride in getting to know each of his patients and being able to make a real difference to their oral health and appearance.

During his time away from the dental chair, Dr Cox enjoys cycling, skiing, playing the guitar and spending time with his family and friends.

Jennifer Aston, Dental Hygienist

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Newcastle in 2012. She then went on to complete further education to support her growing love for all things dental, including an In-office Whitening for Dental Practitioners Certificate and Certificates III and IV in Dental Assisting.

Joining our d-spa hygienist team in May 2014, Jennifer has made a positive impact on enhancing our patients’ knowledge of oral health. She’s excited to meet new people and to form relationships with patients that can last for many years, helping to make a real difference to their oral health.

When Jennifer isn’t busy crusading against cavities, she loves to explore different wine regions and visiting her family in Sydney.
